Manhattan Loft Gardens (MLG), known as 'London Sexiest Skyscraper', is Europe's most ambitious 42-storey skyscraper featuring 248 Loft apartments, a 145-bedroom hotel, three exclusive sky gardens, a breath-taking lobby bar and restaurant, a 7th level destination restaurant, mezzanine club and 4 event rooms. MLG is located within walking distance from Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

The Stratford Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott is a design hotel set within the first 6 floors of MLG. At The Stratford we do things a little differently, we value authenticity and encourage our people to bring their personality to work.

We are looking for a creative and operational visionary to lead our bars, The Mezzanine and The Lounge. Someone who is not afraid to take a risk and run with an idea. "Normal" and "fine" are two words that are not in our vocabulary. We are looking for a Bar Manager who can share our philosophy.

What you'll do...



To be 'the face' of the bars for all guests. Leading by example in interaction, presence, and personality. Coordinate menu sponsorship deals and menu product placement. React with urgency to any forecasted sales and profit shortfalls to budget. Recommend and assist in the implementation of activity to stimulate short term sales revenue and support with aggressive cost controls to protect budgeted profit targets. Be acutely aware & to drive the success of both outlets, both financially and critically. Consistently monitor quality of service and product delivered on property Manage bar's good image (opening and closing procedure, restaurant set up, steps of service, drink & food knowledge, high and consistent customers service) Organize and supervise shifts.
