ROLE: BAR MANAGER

SALARY: 31k per annum

We're looking for a bar manager to join our team, as a bar manager you'll be all things drinks and bar making sure everything runs smoothly, guests and staff are happy, you'll lead the team, keeping an eye on standards, and bringing fresh ideas to create great menus & atmosphere. we are home to three bars across three floors; The Tap Room, Science & Industry and our newest APT disco.

what you'll be doing

Running the day-to-day operations, keeping service standards high. Leading, training and motivating the team. Looking after stock orders working within the teams and management Staying up to date with industry trends.
what we're looking for

Someone with previous experience in a management/head/supervisor role. Someone who's flexible, we are open till 2/3am so will need someone comfortable with working nights. A positive leader, someone who's confident in delegation and working with & motivating a team Someone who's knowledgeable about drinks, cocktails & general bar operations. Problem solving - someone who's calm under pressure.
