Bar Manager / Shift Support
Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a new Bar Manager who can take charge over all three of our bars and build the community around each one. You'll lead and delegate to the teams in each, ensure brilliant service, plan events and also work independently to make sure they all run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all bars have enough stock and equipment to work to an optimum
Oversee day to day running of each unit
Manage the cellars
Deliver a welcoming, inclusive & high quality guest experience
Lead, train & support each team
Manage rotas, holidays & recruitment
Plan & run events that drive footfall and engagement
Ensure compliance with licencing, health & safety and reporting
Key Skills
Strong leadership & communication skills
Experience in a similar role, managing a bar or taproom
Excellent organisation & customer service skills
Passion for beer
Computer literacy & social media familiarity
Drivers licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 14.00-14.50 per hour
