We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in bar management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the bar operations, ensuring high standards of drink quality and service.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment to optimise efficiency.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings.

Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen management.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Previous experience in a hotel or barista setting is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
