We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee a brand new bar in Standish, opening in November 2025. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your experience and knowledge of bar trends will play a key role in enhancing our offerings and overall guest satisfaction.

Duties
Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times.
Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and maintaining cleanliness.
Train and develop team members in preparation, serving techniques, and customer service skills.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations to guarantee the health and safety of both staff and guests.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement as necessary.
Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a Manager role within a bar or restaurant setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
