We're looking for an experienced and passionate

Bar Manager

to lead our busy bar team at The West Bay Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a

vibrant coastal venue

with a strong focus on quality drinks, great customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The Role

Oversee daily bar operations ensuring smooth and efficient service Manage and train bar staff, creating rotas and overseeing shift patterns Maintain stock levels, manage ordering, and control costs effectively Ensure licensing, health, and safety compliance Create seasonal and signature drinks menus in collaboration with the team Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a bar manager or supervisory role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and barista skills desirable Organised, proactive, and hands-on approach Passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences Must be available for evenings, weekends, Sunday all day and busy seasonal periods
