The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage management, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. As a Bar Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain the quality of our offerings while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage bar staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink served. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste. Implement and uphold food safety standards in accordance with regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas. Develop creative drink menus that align with current trends while catering to customer preferences. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant environment. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Solid understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Background in hospitality with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with barista skills is an advantage but not essential. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of bar management.
