A new food and cocktail venue has an opening for an experienced candidate.You will be responsible for overseeing the successful running of the bar, ensuring that customers have a fantastic time. Your experience in the service industry will be a valuable asset since you will need to plan menus, purchase supplies and keep track of sales and expenses. You will also need to train and supervise staff, be familiar with restaurant regulations and policies, develop good business relationships with clients and maintain adequate records. Food experience is essential. We would like you to utalise your leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximise employee productivity and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the bar.
Proven food and beverage management experience
Communication and leadership skills
Guest orientated and service minded
Support in the regular training of the team, including daily briefings and skills training.
Be present on the floor to ensure every customer experience is the best it can be.
Oversee bar staffing to ensure the bar runs smoothly and customers are served quickly and efficiently.

Pay: From 34,000.00 per year
