We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The Bar Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of food production and beverage service.

Duties

Lead and manage the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Supervise daily bar activities, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels to minimise waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies regarding food production and service. Develop creative drink menus and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of culinary practices related to food production is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Familiarity with bar equipment and beverage preparation techniques.
