Duties:

- Provide outstanding customer service by serving beverages, taking orders, and engaging with guests in a friendly manner

- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers

- Uphold food safety practices and regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment

- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and placing orders for bar supplies as needed

- Work efficiently during peak hours to meet customer demands while upholding quality standards

- Support other team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Required:

- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions and calculating bills

- Experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods

- Knowledge of food safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and providing excellent customer service

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced setting

- Be strong minded to work on their own

- Previous experience in a public bar setting

- Understanding of hospitality practices and customer engagement techniques
