Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle peak service times efficiently. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members alike. Pay: 12.21-15.39 per hour
