We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Serve a variety of drinks and beverages to customers promptly and efficiently. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations when necessary. Prepare and mix drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential. Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to work well under pressure. Must be at least 18 years of age due to licensing laws.
