Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.

Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar and seating areas throughout shifts.

Monitor customer consumption and adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food service runs smoothly alongside bar operations.

Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.

Experience of opening and closing up procedures and cash control.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the hospitality industry.

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail.

A genuine passion for customer service and a positive attitude
