Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled

Bartender

to join our Yahso family. You will be the face behind the bar, crafting classic cocktails, Caribbean-inspired drinks, and delivering a warm, unforgettable customer experience. Ideal candidates have strong mixology skills, a friendly personality, and a passion for Jamaican culture and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, friendly "Yahso!" and provide exceptional service. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including Jamaican rum-based cocktails, tropical drinks, and house specialties. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the bar menu, including seasonal and signature drinks. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Uphold all liquor laws and company policies regarding responsible alcohol service. Engage with guests, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations. Process payments accurately using POS systems. Assist in bar opening and closing procedures. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a fast-paced or Caribbean-themed environment. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with Jamaican culture, drinks, and ingredients is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Must be 18 years or older Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
