Job Overview
Malones is seeking an experienced and versatile Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for good old fashioned Irish hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service all year round. This role requires previous supervisor experience in a high volume environment, a strong personality to make the team their own.
Responsibilities
Manage the bar staff, providing training and support to ensure high levels of service and efficiency. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in line with company standards. Handle customer complaints, and feedback professionally. Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among staff. Bar efficiency and operations are always in order.
Requirements
Proven supervisory experience in a bar is essential. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.80-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
