Bar Back - The Backbone of the Bar!

Pay: Hourly rate 12.21 + 2-2.5 per hour in Tronc (on average)

Our open kitchen puts live-fire cooking at the heart of the experience, with charcoal grills and dry-ageing cabinets on full display. On weekends, our resident DJ keeps the energy high late into the evening -- because at Pasture, dining is a show, not just a meal.



We proudly source our beef from pasture-raised cattle across Wales and the South West, working closely with local farmers and producers to bring the best of the region to the table. Our beautiful terrace in the city centre adds a unique alfresco edge -- perfect for cocktails, people-watching, and those long summer nights.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting bartenders with prep work: slicing garnishes, preparing mixers, and stocking the bar Keeping glassware clean and ready with efficient glass washing Restocking fridges, spirits, and supplies throughout service Assisting with bar close-downs and ensuring everything is spotless and ready for the next day Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar environment

What We're Looking For:

A team player who works quickly and efficiently under pressure High standards for cleanliness and organisation A strong work ethic and can-do attitude - no task too big or small Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment Great communication skills and a passion for supporting others
