Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. in central GB. This role is vital in delivering exceptional coffee experiences that align with our mission of providing the best food and service while fostering a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station Ensure adherence to food safety standards Engage with customers to provide excellent service Assist in food preparation as needed Manage inventory of coffee supplies and ingredients Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience Uphold the company's values of innovation and quality.

Qualifications

Proven barista experience with a passion for coffee Strong understanding of food safety practices Excellent customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Good time management abilities Experience in food preparation is a plus. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
