Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service in a vibrant dining environment. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing our clients' experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. Ensure all food safety standards are met during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and recommend menu items. Manage time effectively to ensure timely beverage preparation during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Understanding of food safety regulations and practices. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
