Centenary Lounge is a collection of Art Deco Licensed Cafes. We offer brunch menu, afternoon tea as well as cakes, pastries and home-made sandwiches, paninis and salads.

Making all speciality coffees, frappes, smoothies, iced teas and coffees along with serving wines, beers and making cocktails.

When working a kitchen shift, you will be required to

cook breakfast and pastries in the morning shift along with preparing sandwiches, paninis, hot food to go and salads etc

When working FOH, we will require

Customer Service of an excellent level at all times

in order to keep our customers happy. These include serving customers, preparing food and drinks and delivering with a smile. If multi tasking is something you are good at then this is the perfect opportunity for you. We are a small but an extremely busy cafe. Only for those who enjoy working in a hospitality environment Enjoy making customers happy, preparing food and drink. Your duties will include taking orders, cleaning, using the till, handling payments and any other tasks that are part of the day to day operations. The successful candidate is required to work

30- 40 hours per week to include a weekend shift and

flexible to work different shifts when required. Having Kitchen experience and some customer service experience is required. You must be reliable, punctual, professional and friendly at all times. Being a team player is essential as well as great customer service.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
