We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Barista All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a coffee lover with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Front of House Barista All-Rounder, you will be the face of our cafe, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to customers Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Take orders and handle transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, seating area, and equipment Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations Provide support to other team members and perform other duties as required
Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not essential Strong customer service skills with a positive and engaging attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
