This position is perfect for those who are responsible, proficient in customer service, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a Barista with a good sense of humour and experience working in high-volume restaurants. An essential role, the Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, preventing errors within the kitchen, as well as creating memorable customer experiences. as well as preparing food, eg- paninis, sandwiches etc.

During the interview process we may require candidates to come in for a voluntary trial. So we can assess your skills and suitability for the position.

Responsibilities for job advertised:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Work in a comfortable environment, following all coffee shop safety regulations. Maintain friendly, conversational working relationships with co-workers and guests. Attend inventory meetings regularly, and report any issues with the coffee shop's supplies. Make simple repairs to the coffee shop and its appointments and clean the establishment's furniture and fixtures. Prepare food. Respond appropriately to patrons' orders and needs. Be able to answer questions about our food, drink, and service options. Make recommendations on food and beverage options. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support one another in daily tasks.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
