We're on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Barista/Food Server to join our small, team at our busy coffee and freshly made-to-order sandwich shop. If you love great coffee, fresh food, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for one full time and one part time member of staff to join the team.

Overview:

As a Barista/Food Server, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, preparing fresh sandwiches to order, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also help prepare food for buffets for our corporate clients, so attention to detail and food safety is key.

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages Make sandwiches, sauces, and other food items to order from our menu Assist with buffet food preparation for corporate clients Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following food safety guidelines Engage with customers, take orders, and provide friendly recommendations Operate coffee machines and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Manage time effectively during busy periods Help monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience in food preparation or coffee making is highly desirable (but training will be provided for the right candidate) Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Strong time management and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude

Pay: 22,750.00 per year
