Overview

We're Looking for an experienced team member to join Peoples coffee! Thrives in a fast paced coffee crazy spot by the sea. We want to make sure our customers get the best experience they can when they come through our doors so we go over and above!

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and our specialty roasted coffee! Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Upselling to our lovely customers, providing recommendations and answering queries about menu items or allergens. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and maybe a tiktok or 2 ;) Participate in food preparation as required, ensuring all items are fresh and appealing.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Clean as you go/ Fifo A passion for CoffeeCoffeeCoffee!!! Having an eye for detail to ensure quality in every drink served. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour towards customers.
