Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and service standards

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Experience in serving drinks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash and managing tabs Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
