Glan yr Afon isn't just a pub - it's the heart of our village. Owned and loved by the community, we're a welcoming hub for locals and visitors alike. From themed nights and live music to craft ales and Sunday roasts, we serve up more than drinks - we serve up community spirit.

The Role:

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic

Barman (or Barwoman/Bar Staff)

to join our small, passionate team. You'll be the face behind the bar, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Serve drinks with a smile and top-notch customer service Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and running smoothly Share your knowledge of local ales, ciders and spirits (training provided) Help create a friendly and welcoming environment Assist with community events and special evenings

What We're Looking For:

A people person with great communication skills Previous bar experience is a plus, but not essential - we'll train the right person A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
