Mucci's is a stunning Italian Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Chelsea - King's Road, known for our refined yet relaxed atmosphere and exceptional food.
We are currently looking for an experienced Barman to join our front-of-house team.
The Role
As Barman, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience at the bar. You'll be confident in your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines, and take pride in delivering drinks that are as beautiful as they are delicious. You'll also contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up and closing the bar each day to the highest standards Following all standard operating procedures and company policies Preparing and serving a range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency Providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service, engaging guests with genuine warmth Ensuring the bar is always clean, stocked, and well-presented Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health & safety Working closely with the floor team and management to ensure smooth service
