Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including makeup application, skincare, waxing, and other aesthetic procedures Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas Ensure all equipment and products are used safely and correctly Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality Promote additional services or products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth

Experience

Previous experience in a beauty therapy or related role is essential Proficiency in makeup application is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members Ability to work flexibly, maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
