BIN CLEANING OPERATIVE/DRIVER

ABOUT US:

Small, family owned and operated company Over 20 years in business A close-knit team of six cleaners. Based in Kings Ash, Buckinghamshire (HP16 9). Applicants must be able to reliably commute to this location.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Starting salary of 26,405 per annum Performance bonus of 1.00 per bin after 80 bins cleaned per day. 100 monthly attendance bonus. Commission for new customer sign-ups.

Additional Benefits:

Phone and Footwear Allowance 3 out of 4 weeks, you will only work 4 days per week (full-time). A competitive 297.5 hours of Holiday. A compulsory 170 hours to be taken over Christmas & New Year as the company closes for 4 weeks. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working Hours (4-Weekly Cycle):

Full-Time Days

:

3 weeks: Tuesday to Friday (4 days). 1 week: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday (5 days). Average: 40 hours per week.

Duties:

Follow a daily round sheet (provided via phone) to clean residential and commercial bins across Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire. Occasionally assist with marketing duties. Optional overtime may be required on some Saturdays.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Full, clean UK Driving Licence No history of drink or drug driving offences or criminal convictions (past or pending). Minimum of 1 year driving experience (for insurance purposes). Aged 21 or older (for insurance purposes). Confident driving skills, including towing and manoeuvring a trailer (full training will be provided). Personal phone with sufficient data and proficiency using Apps. Own vehicle for commuting to work. Excellent navigation skills. High attention to detail and cleaning standards. Exceptional customer service and teamwork. Reliable, supportive team member. Impeccable attendance levels. Physically fit and energetic. Adaptable mindset. Must be prepared to take compulsory 170 hours of holiday over Christmas & New Year when the company closes for 4 weeks. Remaining 127.5 hours to be taken at leisure throughout the year. (based on full-time employment)
