Experienced Blind Maker - Join Our Factory Team!

9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)

We're Just Blinds - a family-run business making and fitting blinds, shutters, curtains and awnings across Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

We manufacture many of our blinds in-house, right here in

Cannock

, and we're proud of the quality we produce. We're a hardworking team, friendly and supportive, and we're now looking for someone experienced to join our factory team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're on the hunt for a skilled

Blind Maker

who knows their way around the tools and machinery. You'll be hands-on in our busy production space, creating and assembling a range of blinds to a high standard.

You'll need to have

previous experience

making blinds - this isn't a trainee role, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

What you'll be doing:

Assembling and packing various blind types Making

roller, vertical and perfect fit blinds

Operating the vertical louvre machine Checking in and organizing stock Keeping things tidy, organised and efficient in the factory

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in blind manufacturing is preferred

? Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
? Someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently or as part of a team
? Reliable, organised and happy to muck in wherever needed
