residential and commercial portfolio

across London. We're looking for a

highly motivated Block Manager

with a strong background in

residential and commercial property management

to join our team and be a key part of our next growth phase.

About the Role:

This is a diverse and hands-on role where you'll oversee the management of

multiple residential blocks and commercial units

, many of which are let to local authorities or through long-term broker arrangements. You will also have the opportunity to work

closely with C-suite leadership

, gaining exposure to strategic planning and contributing to the company's wider operational and growth goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing

residential and commercial properties

across multiple blocks Overseeing long-term

rental agreements

with

local councils

and liaising with

brokers

Acting as the main point of contact for

tenants, contractors, insurers, and local authorities

Organising and supervising

building maintenance, refurbishments

, and

compliance checks

Working closely with senior management and providing input on property performance and improvements Conducting regular

site visits across London

to ensure quality and compliance Managing

budgets, service charges

, and delivering cost-effective solutions

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience

in

block management

, with exposure to

commercial properties

Experience working with

local councils and housing brokers

Solid understanding of

building maintenance, insurance

, and

contractor management

Strong organisational and negotiation skills A

proactive and commercially aware

mindset Must be comfortable working

from our Harrow office 5 days a week

Must be able to carry out

site visits across London

Full UK driving licence
