25,000 Basic - 35,000 OTE with Uncapped Commission

Permanent | Full-Time | Office-Based (Hybrid option after probation period)

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Friday: 8.30 am - 4.00 pm

to join our dynamic and growing team based in Ayr.

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to be part of a fast-paced, creative company that delivers inspiring live theatre experiences to primary school children--many of whom are discovering the magic of the arts for the very first time.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Building strong, lasting relationships with clients over the phone Guiding schools from first contact to final performance--and encouraging rebookings Logging and updating bookings accurately in our CRM system Delivering a first-class customer experience at every step
You'll benefit from hands-on, in-house training on our productions and processes, gaining valuable insight into our brand and how to make every call count.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales or bookings A background in customer service Clear, confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed Organised with strong objection-handling skills
