Job Description
I'm working with a highly successful, multi-disciplinary accountancy practice to recruit a Bookkeeper. This is an excellent opportunity for someone QBE or IATI-qualified who thrives in a client-facing role and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling day-to-day bookkeeping for a range of clients including invoice processing, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns in line with Making Tax Digital.
- Supporting clients with financial queries and bookkeeping best practices.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Using cloud-based accounting systems (such as Xero or QuickBooks).
- QBE or IATI qualified with at least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
- Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple deadlines.
- Experienced in cloud-based software.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
- Access to experienced partners and a wide variety of client work.
