We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about numbers and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts and prepare bank deposits.
Ensure accuracy of data entry into accounting software.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Prepare invoices and process payments.
Full training will be provided in the relevant software and a formal training program through our professional body will be available after 6 months in the role. Some experience of working in an office accounts department setting is preferable.
The working hours are 15 hours a week over the 3 days however we operate a flexible start/end time.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.80 per hour
