Bookkeeper

to join our internal finance team and manage the day-to-day accounting for several companies within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping for

at least four companies

within the group Use of

SageOne (Sage Cloud)

accounting software Posting

bank transactions

and performing monthly bank reconciliations Posting

sales and purchase invoices

(including uploading supporting documents in Sage) Posting

journals

as needed Chasing outstanding customer payments Paying suppliers and reconciling supplier statements monthly Ensuring

intercompany balances

are aligned each month Preparing and submitting

quarterly VAT returns

to HMRC Providing payroll information to our external payroll provider Preparing cashflows to support financial planning and fund management Assisting directors and other team members with finance-related tasks

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience with

SageOne (Sage Cloud)

or similar accounting systems

Proficient in Excel

and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work across multiple entities and manage several ledgers Prior experience in a similar

bookkeeping or finance role

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience.
28,000 - 32,000
