Job Overview


We require a Bookkeeper with a high attention to detail, to join our growing finance team at Wilderness Reserve, Chapel Barn Estate, IP19 0EJ.

Primary function is to support the finance team and to ensure the smooth running of the office. Additional responsibilities will vary and develop along with the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records. Proficiency in accounting software

Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

is essential for this role.

Responsibilities



Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals Process invoices on authorisation system Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with year-end audits by providing necessary documentation Utilise accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) for data entry and reporting

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong communication skills
