About the Role:
As a Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for individuals and companies. From managing VAT returns to providing exceptional customer service, you will be at the forefront of supporting our clients and ensuring their financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately complete day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client queries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
Apply your knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT returns, and spreadsheet use to improve processes and outcomes.
Utilise your IT expertise, particularly in Excel, and your familiarity with platforms such as XERO, Sage, and/or QuickBooks to support efficient working.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified bookkeeper (AAT), PQ accountant, or QBE, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and driving client success.
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good IT skills, especially in Excel, and proficiency in accounting software - familiarity with XERO, Sage, and/or Quickbooks is advantageous.
