Job Summary
Fuller Leisure is a busy, exciting, and dynamic family leisure business, specialising in the sale of motorhomes and caravans. We are looking for an EXPERINCED MOTOR TRADE OFFICE MANAGER & BOOKKEEPER to support the day-to-day operations of Fuller Leisure which has a turnover of circa 11 million.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities
Input of financial data onto QuickBooks & company spreadsheets.
Sales ledger & purchase ledger duties.
Reconciliation of bank accounts.
Maintain vehicle stock records including the calculation of profit on sale & associated VAT liability.
Work with the external accountant regarding monthly management accounts & year end.
Maintain database.
Prepare internet banking payments.
Maintain employee records for:
Starters/Leavers
Monthly Payroll (Approx 20 staff)
Attendance (Holiday & Sickness)
QuickBooks or similar experience is very useful as well as good Microsoft office skills with Microsoft excel being an essential. And also, be able to offer suggestions for improvements of bookkeeping processes.

Duties

Manage & maintain health & safety requirements with our partner Stallard Kane.
Manage insurance COI requirements i.e. stock & personnel.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a similar role who is confident in both administrative and bookkeeping tasks. Attention to detail, accuracy, strong communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a flexible, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude are essential.
