As we prepare for an exciting expansion in 2026, our Finance team is growing -- and we're looking for a motivated and experienced
Bookkeeper / Payroll Assistant
to come on board. This role is full-time, but we're open to discussing part-time hours for the right person.
What you'll do:
Process purchase and sales invoices
Support VAT returns (VAT Partial Exemption experience a plus)
Assist with monthly payroll across two businesses
Reconcile aged debtors and creditors
Prepare supplier BACs runs
Carry out bank, cash and nominal reconciliations
Review trial balances and support month-end processes
What you'll bring:
Strong Xero experience
Payroll knowledge
Great organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Deadline confidence
