We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring that all financial transactions are processed efficiently. Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records using accounting QuickBooks software
Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to provide insights into financial performance.
Experience
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting QuickBooks software
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are a must.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
