We are looking to recruit a bookkeeper with payroll experience who has had practical experience within an office/practice environment.
The role will be a combination of bookkeeping services for one particular large client along with payroll and office administration. You will be mainly responsible for client bookkeeping services using SAGE 200, payroll services for a portfolio of clients using Moneysoft and various office administration duties.
Key responsibilities
Client bookkeeping using SAGE 200 for a dedicated client. Good working knowledge of SAGE 200 required however specific training can be provided
Monthly payroll to be done for a portfolio of clients using Moneysoft Payroll Manager. Software training can be provided if necessary
Receptionist and Secretarial duties as required
Regular filing duties as well as annual archiving of clients' information/work
Assist with the file setup of new clients
Supporting team of partners/accountants on a range of administrative functions
