Fitch Taylor Johnson are a reputable Block Management firm based in Central London, with offices in Eastbourne, Cheltenham, Newport and Aylesbury. We have a new position within team for someone with bookkeeping / accountant experience to be our new Service Charge Accountant, based from our Eastbourne office.

We are offering this role as part time 10am - 3pm roughly, designed to fit around those who have children at school. Mon-Fri. These hours can be discussed, but please note this is an with no home working. The current office location is Station Street but we are hoping to find a shop front office on Grove Road soon.

Core responsibilities:

Reconciling client accounts each week, recording any movements in and out on our CRM system Making payments from our client's accounts for invoices signed off by the property manager Working closely with the property manages from all offices on financial aspects of clients Helping the property managers with submitting data for year end accounts, which are then actioned by outside accountants Producing account statements and reports for clients on a monthly basis and communicating with clients by email. Sending out chaser emails for late payers
This is an ideal role for a candidate who has bookkeeping or accounting experience, or is just very good with numbers and spreadsheets.

The team in Eastbourne is small with two lovely ladies currently working from the office. The hope is to grow the office slowly and become part of the Eastbourne community.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 19,000.00-23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
