Permanent, Part-time

Days:

4 days per week - 8 hours per day

Overview:


Responsible for all finance and accounts functions in a fast-paced, paper-based office. High-volume document handling and strong organizational skills required.

Key Duties:



Manage high volume of account-related matters and daily emails Prepare and process invoices, credits, and expenses Maintain supplier tracker and invoice database Issue and process remittance and statements on a daily basis Input accounts into Sage 50 (sales, purchases, bank reconciliation) Handle payments, VAT returns, CIS spreadsheet, and CITB Levy docs Review debtors/creditors and chase outstanding payments and POs Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors on account queries Assist with payroll (outsourced) and general admin tasks

Skills:



Strong accounts/admin background (minimum 2 years' experience) Proficient in Sage 50 and Excel Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands Work experience in Construction industry is advantageous
