An exciting Administration & bookkeeping opportunity has come about for a property investment company which is building a vast portfolio of assets across the UK. Role is perfect for someone dynamic, organised, has strong attention to detail and is very ambitious!

Job Spec



Daily Transaction Processing: Accurately process and record including sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payments, primarily using Sage. Accurately and efficiently managing all aspects of bookkeeping using Sage Line 50 software. Cash Flow Management: Preparing and analysing cash flow statements to support financial decision-making. Excel Expertise: Utilizing Excel spreadsheets to manage, track, and report financial data effectively. General Bookkeeping. Opportunities for client-facing interaction including face to face. Prepare tenant rent statements, or specific property-related expenditure tracking. Review and process staff expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policy. Maintain organized and accessible digital and physical records for all financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval for audit and compliance purposes. Work closely with the operations and management teams to ensure timely financial reporting and address any internal queries related to transactions or payments.

What You'll Bring



We are looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and add immediate value.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of practical bookkeeping experience. Software Skills: Proven proficiency with Sage Line 50 in a professional practice environment. A formal Sage certification is highly desirable. Previous experience with property accounts or in the property sector is a significant advantage.
