Overview


We are seeking an organised Business Administrator with strong bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Xero and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and effective financial operations by managing administrative tasks. The role also includes providing support to our customers and contractors. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency.

Duties



Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Utilise Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication with team members. Handle clerical duties such as organising documents. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients. Bookkeeping and Bank Reconciliation is a must The preparation of reports and presentations as required from Xero Support financial operations using for invoicing and expense tracking Credit Control Purchase Ledger Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve organisational workflows. To communicate quickly to incoming enquiries and schedule appointments and jobs for our contractors to serve our customers. To drive sales with customers and fully book our diaries

Experience



Credit control, sales and purchase ledger Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred. Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Google Suite and Xero. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Familiarity with data entry procedures and attention to detail is crucial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is highly valued.
