We're looking for a
General Clerical & Data Input Assistant
to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for a
school leaver or someone early in their career
looking to gain valuable
office and administration experience
in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Accurate
data input
into dealership systems and spreadsheets
Updating and maintaining
vehicle stock records
Logging customer and sales information into CRM systems
Uploading documents, invoices, and photos to our stock management software
Filing, scanning, and general office organisation
Supporting the admin team with day-to-day clerical duties
Assisting with basic customer queries and internal communications
Occasional driving tasks (e.g. post office runs, document collection)
About You
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data
Comfortable using a computer (basic Excel, Word, and email skills)
Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Must hold a
clean full UK driving licence
Suitable for a
school leaver
or junior candidate wanting hands-on experience
