Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal components.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machinery according to job specifications
- Read and interpret drawings to determine the correct bends and angles
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
- Experience in operating press brake machines
- Proficiency in using hand tools and tooling
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issues
- Ability to fabricate and assemble sheet metal components
- Familiarity with grinding processes
- Strong understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
