You will oversee

collection development from concept to launch

, ensuring alignment with design trends while maintaining a clear commercial focus. Your role will be pivotal in supporting sales teams with compelling, well-crafted collections and marketing tools that drive market engagement across

office, hospitality, public sector, and high-end residential projects

.

Key Responsibilities

? Curate and manage design-led collections, ensuring they align with brand identity and market needs

? Identify design trends within the A&D community to create distinctive, relevant collections

? Oversee the end-to-end launch process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

? Collaborate on

visual marketing assets

including sample cards, digital content, and presentations

? Support storytelling tools for sales teams, enhancing engagement and brand differentiation

? Maintain consistency across

physical and digital brand materials

? Participate in design exhibitions and contribute to showroom presentations

? Monitor and analyse collection performance, client feedback, and sales data to inform future development

About You

You may come from:

Product Management, Marketing Management, or Product Development

within design-led industries A

sales role in interiors

, seeking a move into product and brand management An

interior designer or project manager

with a strong interest in design collections and storytelling

You will also bring:

?? A natural passion for

interior design, materials, and colour

?? Excellent attention to detail and design awareness with a

commercial mindset

?? Strong communication skills to engage with designers, suppliers, and internal teams

?? Organisational and project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently

?? Comfort using

Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign

?? A collaborative, positive approach, fitting seamlessly into a
