The Opportunity

As Brand Lead you will have a wide ranging influence across the business in terms of how we present ourselves both internally and externally. Reporting into the Head of Marketing,you will be responsible for IAG Loyalty Masterbrand architecture, individual brands and brand marketing.

What you will be doing:
  • Airline Programme Brand:
  • Working with some of the most globally loved airline loyalty programme brands to ensure they stay fresh, up to date and relevant as we evolve the programmes themselves to meet our future goals and aspirations for our members
  • Brand /Brand Architecture:
  • Leading the development and implementation of an IAGL group brand architecture that allows each of our brands to sit and operate separately but within a cohesive ecosystem. These are currently but will not be limited to IAG Loyalty Masterbrand, IAG Loyalty Retail, Avios Currency, and deeper integration of airline branded loyalty programmes.
  • Brand Development:
  • Maintain the integrity of, and evolve the IAG Loyalty brand including overall brand strategy, Brand Guardianship, including maintaining and updating Brand Guidelines and consulting on employer brand. Bring clarity and direction internally to brand usage ensuring consistency in both internal and external facing material. Lead development of new brand extension identities, positioning within group architecture and public facing purpose.
  • B2B Brand Awareness Marketing:
  • Lead our brand marketing strategy to tell our B2B Story. Oversee existing team, leading strategic direction for all activity including but not limited to Corportate comms, PR, Sales support, Web and SEO, and specifically developing strong press relationships.
How you will add value:

This is a newly created role for IAG Loyalty. As such there is ample scope to add value and make your mark. Your leadership in Brand and Identity is key to success in this role as we pivot our traditional business model and focus on delivering new brands, products and services from both a B2B and B2C perspective. We are looking for a brand leader who can forward our agenda and deliver against our ambition to be Top 3 box loyalty provider and to maintain the reputation of the airline loyalty programme brands.

What we\'re looking for:

You need to be an experienced brander and B2B marketer with the gravitas to operate within a complex network of senior stakeholders internally and across airlines to build mutually beneficial relationships. You need to be comfortable working across multiple complex propositions. We are looking for a strong leader with proven expertise in coaching and growing talented individuals to create a high performing team.

Location:

This role will be based at IAGL\'s London office in Victoria, and we have a blended approach to working at IAGL. Our Blend is our interpretation of hybrid working, where our colleagues are empowered to choose the location for them to produce their best work.
