We don't do generic. Each brand has a purpose, a personality, and a plan. Your job is to bring that to life across every channel, platform and touchpoint.

What You'll Be Doing

Brand & Strategy Build, document and manage the distinct brand identities of each business Set tone, language and creative direction across all digital and physical assets Work with the CEO and business leads to align brand with commercial goals
Marketing & Campaigns

Plan and deliver campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and email Write scripts, schedule shoots, brief editors, and manage creative workflow Launch new campaigns, track results, report impact, and iterate fast
Content & Media

Oversee use of our in-house studio (3x Lumix S5II cameras, Rodecaster Pro, podcast kit) Launch and scale the Vehicle House podcast with real car enthusiast appeal Manage freelance editors, photographers, and contractors to get content out the door
Tech & Tools

Implement and experiment with AI tools for video, voice, editing and automation Support platform improvements across Shopify (Clothing House) and SaaS systems Lead CRM integration, landing page builds, and data capture for lead generation
Internal & Commercial Projects

Collaborate with Sales, Ops and Talent teams to support recruitment and culture campaigns Create pitch decks, sales one-pagers, and branded proposals Build the public profile of Walsall Wood Group as the modern face of the UK automotive trade
What We're Looking For

3-5 years in marketing, content or brand - ideally across fast-moving or multi-brand environments Confident with digital marketing tools, content creation, and brand building Hands-on experience with AI tools, Canva, Figma, Adobe, Webflow, or equivalent Good taste, sharp copy, and a willingness to experiment Bonus if you've done video production, podcast editing or social growth projects
This role is made for someone who wants full ownership. If you want to be told what to do, it's not for you. But if you want the keys to the brand and the mandate to run with it, this is your shot.
