Registered Manager
to open and lead our brand-new, 4-bed Ofsted-registered children's home in Erith, Kent.
This is far more than a management position--it's your chance to build something from the ground up for children aged 8 to 18 who have experienced trauma, disrupted care, or neglect. Your leadership will lay the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.

Your Role as Registered Manager
You'll lead the creation of a nurturing, high-performing environment built on empathy, structure, and purpose. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading daily operations in line with Ofsted and regulatory standards
Recruiting, developing, and inspiring a skilled care team to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care
Managing care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
Fostering a therapeutic, emotionally secure environment for every child
Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies
Driving ongoing development and working towards outstanding Ofsted results
About You
We're looking for a confident and compassionate leader who believes in the power of great care. You'll bring:
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or a willingness to complete it)
Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in an Ofsted-regulated setting
A proven record of strong inspection outcomes and quality care delivery
Robust safeguarding knowledge and a trauma-informed leadership style
Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a child-centred mindset
